My name is Andrea Incerti Vezzani, and my cuisine stems from a deep intertwining of who I am, what I have experienced, and what I feel.<\/p>

Our biodynamic vegetable garden is a living organism that accompanies us every day. I follow its seasonal rhythms, made of authentic, sincere, human imperfections.

I wanted to create a product that would speak of my homeland in a contemporary and accessible way.
That’s how the Parmigiano Reggiano rag\u00f9 was born: a vegetable reinterpretation of a great Emilian classic, reinvented with awareness.<\/p>
